Be able to post discussions and comments where you can only view/post if you are a member of the guild. we're having our monthly meeting with notes and docs. And i'd like to just share stuff on Davi, but probably not for EVERYONE to see

why a proposal is executable if it failed? it's confusing. I know it might have some action. Maybe make it red or gray? or change words?
